I have been 6 years, now, prescription and steroid free from Lupus and Fibromyalgia meds. I had several surgeries. I almost died a couple of times. I gained 80 pounds from the steroids. I got 20% heart damage from the meds. A doctor at the University of Utah Hospital told me that if they did another surgery on me, I would most likely be in a wheel chair the rest of my life. That was devastating! I was a P.E./Health/Family & Consumer Sciences teacher at our local high school for over 20 years. I had a dance studio I taught at. I was advisor for Cheer and Drill Team. I was always healthy. But the doctor, in Utah, said that most people with autoimmune diseases can have better health and improve their health if they would do two things: Get rid of Stress and get rid of the toxic cleaning chemicals in their homes. Wow! The first one was a bit harder for me, but I have improved on that one. And, I have gotten rid of toxic household cleaning chemicals in my home. I have a picture of what my face looked like 6 years ago and what my face looks like today. I would love to show you! If you are all open to letting me share with you all how I replaced toxins with non-toxic every day products, I would love to connect!
